Ulster Hockey can announce it will be holding its AGM on Tuesday 23th May 2023.
A formal notification of the AGM business, annual report and agenda will follow in line with the Articles of Association of Ulster Hockey at least 14 days before the meeting.
The meeting will be held in person at Stormont Pavilion, commencing at 7pm. Zoom will be available for those persons not able to attend.
We would also like to highlight that the number of people able to attend the event will be limited. As a result, we ask that you please indicate who will be attending on behalf of your club and whether they wish to attend in person or remotely by email to admin@ulsterhockey.com
All proposals to be discussed at the AGM must be submitted to Ulster Hockey no later than Tuesday 2nd May 2023.
A number of Board and Committee positions are currently vacant, whilst there is now no requirement for a nominations process for the Board and Committees, we would ask that anyone interested in joining a Committee contacts admin@ulsterhockey.com.
