Ulster Hockey wishes to recruit a Finance & Administration Officer.
The Finance & Administration Officer will provide secretarial and administration support services to the Executive Manager, the Honorary Treasurer and the Ulster Hockey Union Management Board. The post holder will also have responsibility for updating and maintaining the SAGE financial accounts information for the organisation using the SAGE accounts package.
Ulster Hockey is in the process of incorporation, and as such the post-holder will be required to support the Executive Manager and Board ensuring the financial and administrative aspects of the organisation comply with Companies House requirements.
Ulster Hockey is an affiliated branch of Hockey Ireland, the National Governing Body.

Salary: £18,000 pro-rata
Hours: 20 hours
