Indoor Championships Preview

The 2026 Senior Indoor Championships get underway this weekend with two days of action taking place at the Antrim Forum.

The men’s section kicks off on Saturday, before the women play their opening weekend on Sunday.

In the men’s section, Belfast Harlequins, Banbridge and Lisnagarvey are all set to be in action for the second season in a row alongside reigning champions Cookstown.

The action gets underway from 09:30, when it is the title holders who get their defence underway with a matchup with Belfast Harlequins, before local rivals Lisnagarvey and Banbridge go head-to-head at 10:20.

On Sunday, the women’s section gets underway with Portadown taking on local hosts Antrim at 09:30.

The competition is also set to feature Randalstown, Coleraine, Queen’s University and Ards, who are looking to win the competition once more.

The record winners get their title defence underway with a meeting against Queen’s University at 11:00 before also taking on Antrim and Portadown in week one of the competition.

10:15 – Randalstown vs Coleraine

11:00 – Queen’s University vs Ards

11:45 – Coleraine vs Portadown

12:30 – Ards vs Antrim

13:15 – Queen’s University vs Randalstown

14:00 – Portadown vs Ards

14:45 – Coleraine vs Queen’s University
