In the Men’s Premier League, leaders Cookstown host Anderson Cup finalists Bangor in Mid Ulster.
The reigning champions have stormed to the top of the table once more this season winning eight of their nine games this campaign and amassing a four-point lead at the top whilst having three games in hand.
Having won their last six league games in a row, they now host Bangor who they beat 7-0 on matchday two this season with goals from Jack Haycock (2), Scott McCabe (2), Mark Cuddy (2) and Michael Kerr.
However, the visitors are likely to pose much more of a threat this time round as they come into the tie on a resurgent run of form having won four of their last six league outings.
The days other game sees second-placed South Antrim travel to Belfast to take on third-placed Instonians at Shaw’s Bridge.
A win for the hosts would see them climb one point above their visitors whilst also having three games in hand.
Having won six of their opening eight league games, South Antrim have stumbled in recent weeks and come into the tie without a win in their last four league games – most recently losing 3-1 to Queen’s University.
They now face the uphill task of overcoming an Instonians side with promotion hopes and who lead the division’s scoring charts with 37 goals.
