Can Submit for both if mixed school but will likely take place on different days

Tier

performance (high level, many players who play for clubs)

intermediate (moderate competitive level, some players new, some club players)

beginner (less competitive, lots of new players picking up the sport for the first or second time)

any schools entering two teams will have the second team automatically be a tier below unless the teacher in charge feels they are stronger or weaker than this

please state how many teams and boy or girl if applicable eg. 2 girls 1 boy

able to host

must have a access to a hockey pitch and schools with access to 2 may be considered for larger blitzes with more schools
