UH Club Affiliation: Team Registration 2026/27

  • Please state the number of teams you are entering for the 2026/27 season under the following categories. If you are not entering any teams within a certain category please leave it blank.
  • Please outline if your club would be interested in entering any masters teams. Once all of the teams have responded, we will contact those clubs and confirm plans for the 2026/27 season.
  • Please outline if your club would be interested in playing Senior Indoor Hockey. Once all of the teams have responded, we will contact those clubs and confirm plans and costs for the 2026/27 season.
