The visitors put in an impressive performance and won a number of penalty corners throughout the game.
They eventually made the chances count with left back Maggie Scott netting her first goal of the season with what proved to be the games only goal.
Despite the win, Armagh dropped to eighth in the table, only behind Lurgan and Lisnagarvey on goals scored.
The final game of the weekend saw Banbridge end their long wait for a win in the division as they beat Omagh 3-0.
