Legacy Wealth Management Premier League leaders Ards travel to newly promoted Larne, looking to maintain their unbeaten start to the season on Saturday afternoon.
The 2021/22 champions lead the division by goal difference, with just one point separating the top five teams.
Needing a win to maintain top spot, they come into the weekend with back-to-back 2-0 wins over Mossley and Omagh, with leading scorer Pippa Best striking in both games.
However, it is at the other end of the pitch that side have built their strong start to the season on with goalkeeper Naomi McKnight conceding just one goal so far this season.
Their hosts have also begun the season in fine form, winning two of their four games since promotion from Senior 1 and currently sit seventh in the table with a win enough to see them break into the top half.
At Comber Road, Lisnagarvey host local rivals Banbridge with both sides looking to capitalise on any dropped points by Ards to go top of the division.
Coming into the weekend, just one point separates these two sides, with the visitors sitting second in the league by goal difference.
The fixture will also see the division’s top two goal scorers go head-to-head with Beth Ravey’s hat-trick last weekend against Omagh, bringing her tally to six for the season.
She is only bettered by Stef Ardis of Banbridge, who has netted seven this term, including five goals in her last two outings.
Also looking to go top of the division, Belfast Harlequins host bottom of the league Ballymoney at Deramore Park.
The home side come into the weekend off the back of a comfortable 2-0 win over Armagh, with Alyssa Jebb and Megan Getty both getting on the scoresheet.
The win marked back-to-back wins for the side, who are one of three sides joint on ten points at the top of the table.
Their opponents, Ballymoney, come into the weekend as one of just two sides yet to pick up a point this season, having lost their opening five games of the campaign.
Elsewhere, third meets sixth as Lurgan travel to The Glade to take on Mossley.
Having won their first two games of the season, the hosts come into this weekend off the back of consecutive defeats, a run of form which has seen them slip down the table.
Meanwhile, Lurgan come into the tie having won each of their last three with top scorer Lydia McNeill having scored in each of those victories.
Another win on Saturday could see Andy Brown’s side claim top spot, whilst Mossley could climb as high as third should they claim all three points.
The final game of the weekend sees ninth-place Omagh host Armagh as they look for their first win of the season.
Having failed to score in their opening three games, Laura White and Lauren McCollum both got on the scoresheet in last weekend’s 4-2 loss to Banbridge, but the side remains in the relegation playoff spot.
They now take on an Armagh side without a win in their last two outings since they beat Larne 1-0 courtesy of a strike from youngster Maggie Scott.
Looking to get back to winning ways, the side could move seven points clear of Saturday’s opponents with a victory.
