In the Men’s Premier League, Belfast Harlequins host Bangor at Deramore Park knowing a win could see them move level on points with third placed South Antrim.
The south Belfast side are just outside the EYHL2 qualification places and have three games in hand over the Lisburn side.
They come into this weekend having won their last two league games with goals from Matthew Gray (2) and Peter Bailey securing victory over PSNI last weekend.
They now face Anderson Cup finalists Bangor who are without a win in their last three league outings.
Elsewhere, Queen’s University travel to Comber as they face North Down.
Both sides come into the weekend looking to bounce back from defeats in their last outings whilst the hosts will be looking to improve upon a run of seven defeats in their last eight games.
A win for North Down could see them close the gap to eighth placed Bangor to just four points whilst Queen’s University could climb as high as fourth in the division.
The final game of the weekend sees Portadown looking to bounce back from a midweek defeat to Inst as they host P.S.N.I.
There is also one game in the Legacy Wealth Management Premier League as Banbridge host Armagh in a big game at the bottom of the division.
Both teams are currently in the bottom three places with Armagh currently above ninth placed Ballymoney via goal difference.
A win for the league’s eighth placed side would go a long way to securing their status in the division for next season with the side having won the relegation playoff last season.
However, they come into the weekend nine games without a win, with their last win coming in the reverse fixture when two goals from Daisy Nicholson and Mia Taylor secured a 2-1 win.
As for Banbridge, time is running out for the side to earn their survival as they sit bottom of the division with just three games remaining.
