The Ulster girls’ youth sides will host Leinster South at Havelock Park in their latest Interpro games this Sunday.
To date both the U16s and U18s have won their opening two games with impressive performances against Connacht and Munster.
In the first round of fixtures, the sides beat Munster 7-0 and 10-0 before sealing 3-0 and 8-1 victories against Connacht three weeks ago.
They now face Leinster South in their penultimate Interpro game, before they face Leinster next week.
Ulster Hockey’s Talent and Pathways Manager, Shirley McCay says this is a special occasion for the players.
“It is always special to play for your province on home soil and I am sure the girls are excited for the Sunday fixtures at Banbridge.
There is always a warm welcome at Havelock Park and we look forward to hosting Leinster South.”
The action is set to get underway in Banbridge at 1pm with the U16s before the U18s fixture at 3pm with all support welcome!
Elsewhere the boys sides are also in Interpro action as they take on Munster in Abbottstown on Sunday.
