Opponents Bangor come into today’s game having lost their last two games as they find themselves seventh in the table.
Meanwhile, at Deramore there is a top half clash between Belfast Harlequins and Portadown.
Harlequins will be looking to capitalise on last week’s big win against Kilkeel and keep within touching distance of the pacesetters as we enter the business end of the season.
Top scorer Michael Patterson has been in fine form and added another goal to his tally last week as he now has 12 for the season and will provide a goal threat for the hosts.
The visitors come into the game in fifth place and although a win against today’s opponents wouldn’t see them climb the table, they could reduce the gap between the sides to just three points.
Like their hosts, they come into the game in decent form as they have picked up four points from their last two games against Cookstown and North Down.
The fourth game of the day sees NICS take on reigning champions Queen’s University as they hope to make it back-to-back wins for the first time this campaign.
Last week’s impressive victory over Bangor has the side just one point from safety whilst a win could see them climb as high as seventh in the table.
However, after a slow start to the season, the students have hit a run of form having beaten Raphoe 5-1 last week and Bangor 2-1 the week prior.
The final game sees North Down host South Antrim with both sides hoping to bounce back from defeats last weekend.
The visitors lost ground in the title race having lost to Cookstown and a second loss in a row could derail any title aspirations as they have played a game extra.
Meanwhile, North Down could drop into the relegation zone, making this game a crucial tie for both sides involved.
