Ulster Hockey are delighted to announce the launch of the Reboot Programme.
Reboot is a game-changing leadership journey tailored just for the Women of Ulster Hockey and hopes to guide more women into decision-making roles in sport whilst looking at topics including:
- Owning Your Story and Impact
- Amplifying Your Personal Brand
- Building Key Relationships
- Developing Your Authentic Leadership Style
Participants will meet monthly both online and in person to facilitate accessibility and maximise interaction as well as learning from other participants in the group through shared experiences and thought-provoking discussion.
Ulster Hockey Talent & Pathways Manager Shirley McCay said she is looking forward to seeing the impact the programme can have on those involved.
“I am delighted that we are able to provide such an excellent opportunity to some of our young female leaders. Sinead and Lisa bring a wealth of experience and it will be exciting to see the group develop under their tenure over the next few months”
The programme is led by Reboot expert Career and Leadership coaches Lisa Strutt and Sinead Sharkey-Steenson. Together they create an environment for growth that is both challenging, fun, and designed to inspire action!
In a statement, the pair said they are excited to get the programme underway:
“We are excited to partner with Ulster Hockey on their first Women’s Leadership Programme. It aligns fully with our mission of getting more women into decision-making roles in sport.”
Sinead Sharkey-Steenson also added: “At Reboot we feel privileged to be able to bring the work we are doing with top level leaders in business into Ulster Hockey.
We look forward to seeing the impact of the programme on the future of hockey and the women involved.”
Participants have already held their first two sessions in recent weeks with information on how to get involved in the next programme to be released at a later date.
