In the Legacy Wealth Management Premier League champions Queen’s University are looking to continue their faultless start as they travel to Ballymoney.
Simon Bell’s side have won all five of their opening games and are yet to concede a goal.
Meanwhile, Ireland international Zoe Wilson has been in fine form having scored in each of her last three games.
In contrast, opponents Ballymoney have had a difficult start to the campaign having picked up just three points from their opening four games.
However, they come into the game off the back of their first win having beaten Omagh 3-1 last weekend thanks to goals from Abby Tutty, Koren Ferguson and Rebecca Ross.
Title hopefuls Portadown will be looking to maintain the pressure on QUB as they travel to bottom of the league Banbridge.
The visitors come into the game having dropped points for the first time this season with a 3-3 draw against Lisnagarvey last weekend.
However, midweek goals from Lara Wilson and Emily Adamson helped seal a 2-0 win over Mossley, leaving them two points of top spot.
Opponents Banbridge come into the tie having lost all three games this season and are one point behind ninth placed Omagh.
Elsewhere third-placed Lisnagarvey make the journey to face fourth-placed Lurgan with the sides both coming into the weekend on seven points.
The visitors come into the game in fine form having lost just once this season when they suffered a 1-0 home defeat against the table-toppers.
Since then, they have picked up a further four points in two games with a 3-0 win over Mossley whilst goals from Chrissy Hopkins, Beth Ravey and Scarlett Swann helped rescue a point against Portadown last weekend having trailed 2-0.
Lurgan come into the tie with just one defeat in their last three and having drawn 2-2 with Belfast Harlequins last weekend with goals from Lydia McNeil and Charlene Stewart.
Andy Brown’s side have gone from strength to strength following a disappointing 5-0 opening day loss to Portadown and could now finish the weekend in third place.
Today’s final game sees ninth-placed Omagh travel to face Mossley.
The visitors come into the game having picked up one point from their opening four games which came in a hard-fought 0-0 draw away to Belfast Harlequins.
However, despite a Gemma Buchanan strike, the side most recently lost 3-1 at home to Ballymoney, a result that leaves them winless at the start of this league camapaign.
They now face Davy Menaul’s Mossley side who have made a promising start to life in the division.
Following their promotion last season, the side have won two of their opening four games including last weekend’s narrow 3-2 victory over Banbridge.
Goals from Lucy Campbell, Tara Malcolmson and Abbie Braniff sealed the win and has them comfortably in mid-table coming into the weekend.
