2025 Senior Indoor Championships

The 2025 Senior Indoor Championships get underway this Sunday, 12th January 2025 at the Antrim Forum with eight men’s and women’s sides vying for All-Ireland qualification.

This year sees a restructuring of the All-Ireland Hockey Indoor Club Championships. As in previous years, there will be 2 Ulster Competitions, a Ladies Competition and a Mens Competition with both being held on Sunday 12th January 2025 and Sunday 19th January 2025 at the Antrim Forum.

This year, the winners and runners up in the men’s section and the winners of the women’s competition qualify as Ulster representatives to the All-Ireland National Indoor Club Championships Super 6’s Competitions which will be held on Sunday 2nd February 2025 at The Antrim Forum (Men) and Columbas College (Ladies).

The six qualifying Teams in each Super 6’s Competition will be placed in two Pools of 3 Teams and the top two Teams in each Pool will progress to the All-Ireland National Indoor Club Championships Finals Day at Antrim Forum on 9th February 2025.

The winners of the All-Ireland National Indoor Club Championships will represent Ireland in next year’s European Indoor Competitions.

This weekend’s competition gets underway at 9am as Banbridge take on Lisnagarvey in the opening game of the men’s section before reigning champions Cookstown take on Belfast Harlequins in match 2.Meanwhile, the women get underway at 1:20pm as Coleraine face Queen’s University which is followed by champions Ards versus Randalstown.

Both competitions will see each side go head-to-head twice over two matchdays before the eventual winner is decided via a league format.
