Ulster Hockey Ltd formally announces that its Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place on:
- Date: Tuesday 26th May 2026
- Time: 7.00pm
- Venue: The Laganview Suite, The Crowne Plaza Hotel Belfast
Note: This is the building adjacent to the main hotel at the entrance (see attached image).
- Refreshments: Tea/Coffee/water and biscuits
A formal notification of AGM business, the annual report, and the agenda will be issued in accordance with the Articles of Association of Ulster Hockey Ltd at least 14 days prior to the meeting.

Please note that attendance numbers will be limited. Clubs are therefore asked to confirm the names of who will be attending on their behalf by emailing: admin@ulsterhockey.com
- Proposals for the AGM
All proposals to be discussed at the AGM must be submitted to Ulster Hockey at the above email address no later than Tuesday 12th May 2026.
As this is the company AGM of Ulster Hockey Ltd, only proposals relating to:
-Amendments to the Memorandum and Articles of Association, or
-Amendments to the Byelaws
will be considered.
