Ulster Hockey brought together business and sports guests to hear from one of Ulster Rugby’s sporting legends, David Humphreys, as part of its Club 1896 networking forum.
Held at the offices of B-Secur, the event was hosted by compere and broadcaster Denise Watson who quizzed David on both his playing career with both Ulster Rugby and Ireland as well as on his new role as Performance Director at the IRFU.
During this time, the 53-year-old discussed everything from the 1999 Heineken Cup win with Ulster as well his dressing room stories and providing insight into his role at the IRFU and his long term goals for the current national team.
The event was part of Ulster Hockey’s ongoing series of events aimed at bringing the commercial and sporting worlds closer together to create connections, inspire partnerships and form relationships of mutual benefit.
