Ulster Hockey is delighted to formally announce the Under 16 and Under 18 girls selection for Hockey Ireland’s annual Underage Interprovincial tournament taking place in Cork 20th-22nd September 2019.

Head Coach Davy Menaul:
“The players have committed to an intense programme since April consisting of training, matches and as well as their own strength and conditioning programme. Individual and team performances continue to improve and we look forward to the interpros and competing against the other provinces.”

“This year’s selection process was incredibly difficult with a number of players putting their hand up for selection. It is testament to the hard work and buy in to how we want to play from the wider group of players who have been with us for several months. The squad have been excellent in their application of our principles and have worked hard on new ideas that have the challenged the group.
As a coaching group we are excited to see how this dynamic playing group will perform at interpros this year.”
