At Deramore Park Belfast Harlequins host Lurgan with both sides looking to bounce back from recent defeats.
The hosts ran riot on the opening day of the season as they thrashed Banbridge 7-0 at Havelock Park with Alyssa Jebb and Claire Whiteside leading the charge.
However, the South Belfast side have failed to score since with a 0-0 draw against Omagh and a heavy 5-0 loss to Queen’s University seeing them slip down the table.
Saturday’s opponents also lost to the students in their last game following wins over Banbridge and Omagh.
Should Andy Brown’s side win in Belfast and other results go in their favour, they could finish the weekend as high as second in the division.
Elsewhere Ballymoney host Omagh with both sides looking for their first win of the season at the Joey Dunlop Leisure Centre.
The hosts are just one of two sides who are yet to earn a point this campaign whilst the visitors sole point came in a 0-0 away draw against Belfast Harlequins.
A win for either side could see them climb up to sixth by the end of the weekend.
The final game of the day sees Queen’s University host Armagh.
The reigning champions have made a flying start to their title defence with four wins from their opening four games and are yet to concede a goal.
Meanwhile, their opponents are without a win since the opening day of the season when they beat Mossley 1-0 away from home.
On Friday night Mossley got their second win of the season as they overcame Banbridge.
Goals from Lucy Campbell, Tara Malcolmson and Abbie Braniff helped seal the victory despite two consolation goals from their visitors.
