Ulster Hockey are recruiting a number of individuals for the role of Active Schools Coach to deliver curriculum aligned PE lessons to identified Primary schools across RAISE localities.
The RAISE Active Schools Programme (RASP) is a collaborative, locality-led initiative developed by Ulster Hockey, the Irish FA Foundation, Ulster Rugby, Ulster GAA, to support the Department of Education’s RAISE Programme objectives.
RASP will deliver a curriculum-aligned, multi-sport Physical Education (PE) programme across 96 primary schools in RAISE localities between April 2026 and June 2027, engaging approximately 9,600 pupils and generating 96,000 participation opportunities.
