Who is involved?
The Primary School programme includes talented boys and girls from Schools that qualify for the McCloy and Pearson Cup finals day. They are nominated via the School’s hockey coach. If there is an outlier at a School that doesn’t qualify for the finals day but shows talent they will be spotted by an Ulster Hockey Staff member and the Talent Coach notified. Invites are issued to parents via email.
When does it take place?
The Programme runs usually over 6 weeks in May and June of each year. Around 100 girls and boys are involved.
Where does it take place?
The programme runs across a number regions throughout Northern Ireland.
