Ulster Hockey Ltd can formally announce it will be holding its AGM on Thursday 30th May 2024.
A formal notification of the AGM business, annual report and agenda will follow in line with the Articles of Association of Ulster Hockey at least 14 days before the meeting.
The meeting will be held in person at Stormont Pavilion, commencing at 7pm.

All proposals to be discussed at the AGM must be submitted to Ulster Hockey at the above address no later than Thursday 9th May 2024. As this is a company AGM of Ulster Hockey Ltd, we will only consider proposals related to amendments of the Memorandum and Articles of Association of Ulster Hockey Ltd.
Since incorporation in 2020 and adoption of the Ulster Hockey Ltd Memorandum and Articles of Association, Ulster Hockey has operated a transitional process where some of the Rules of the Ulster Hockey Union Constitution (2019) have remained in place pending the development of bye-laws. The Ulster Hockey Board, in consultation with its Committees, will be proposing a refreshed Bye-Laws for adoption which will be circulated with the AGM pack no later than 14 days ahead of the meeting.
A number of Board and Committee positions are currently vacant, whilst there is now no requirement for a nominations process for the Board and Committees, we would ask that anyone interested in joining a Committee contacts admin@ulsterhockey.com.
