This weekend two Ulster U13 boys squads will travel to Beeston Hockey Club, Nottingham to compete against other regional teams from across the UK.

The sides will be joined be two sets of coaching staffs that consist of Stephen Cuddy, Jonny Harper, Mark Cuddy, Ryan McMaster, Robbie Mayne and Ulster Hockey Talent & Pathways Manager Shirley McCay.

It will be great to see 32 boys travel to the Nottingham Hockey Centre, England’s premier hockey facility, for the UK U13 Regional Tournament, a well-run competition with a high standard of teams.

Exposing the boys to different challenges will benefit their development. Our main objective is to ensure they have fun while introducing some tactical and technical information to help them transition into the U15 TDP and the U16 Ulster programme.
