Ulster Hockey is sending an U19 Boys’ squad to Cardiff to take part in the Hockey Wales Easter Weekend.
The 16-man squad will travel on Friday morning and play in a three-match series against Wales.
The squad will also be accompanied by a coaching staff consisting of Mark Evans, Suzanne Evans and Jack Kyle.
Ulster Hockey Talent & Pathways Manager Shirley McCay believes the series is a great opportunity for the players selected;
‘Ulster is delighted to have the opportunity to travel to Cardiff this weekend and be part of the action.
It’s important this age group get the opportunity to play representative hockey and I am sure the team is relishing the opportunity to represent Ulster once again.
A special mention to Harry McMullan who is representing Ulster for the first time.’
